enpact e.V. is seeking to enter into a service contract for the provision of branding and design services.
The primary objective of this tender is to secure support with the branding and design services for an entrepreneurial support programme, specifically in terms of creating the brand guidelines, brand assets, and various digital and print designs.
The programme will focus on supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders in tourism and tourism supply chains across North Africa, providing them with tailored business development support and financial backing opportunities. The purpose is to help them develop innovative solutions that can promote local experiences, drive job creation, and by extension, create inclusive social impact.

Application Process
Any entity wishing to respond to this call for tenders may submit a financial offer and a technical offer in English, which cover the approach and services they can provide for the expected contract duration.
Accordingly, all offers must include the following components to be eligible:
- A general concept for how the tenderer will deliver on the expected deliverables. This must include a price covering all the services foreseen in the concept. This price shall be considered the price ceiling that the tenderer is proposing.
- A price list, which states the unit price for all foreseen deliverables.
- The tenderer should propose a suitable project team for the contract implementation.

Are there any specific constraints to consider when preparing our proposal?
At this stage, we encourage applicants to submit proposals based on their experience, rates and understanding of the project requirements. We are looking for creative input that aligns with the programme’s objective. The proposal should focus on your strategic vision, design capabilities, and how you plan to deliver the project effectively.
Is there a preferred format for submitting the proposal (PDF for example)?
We do not have a strict preference for the format, but PDF is always a reliable option for submitting proposals. Feel free to submit your proposal in the format that works best for you, as long as it is clear and easy to review.
Work is expected to start in February 2025 with an expected timeline of one year for completion. Does this mean the service provider will be needed for the entire year, or just until the branding/design phase is completed?
The one-year timeline refers to the overall duration of the project, which includes various phases, each requiring tailored visual designs. The specific scope of our work is expected to be shorter for the initial branding and the design phase, however we may reach out to your organization for consultation on the use of brand assets and templates produced by you.
When do you expect to make a final decision on the service provider?
We expect to reach a final decision within the second week of February 2025. After carefully reviewing all proposals, we will notify the selected provider accordingly.
Can we include local and international teams in the project? Would this help facilitate the project’s progress (e.g., through in-person meetings), despite potentially increasing the cost?
While we are open to working with local and international creatives, we are seeking a service provider with prior experience in creating Arabic visual designs and an understanding of the local context in Egypt.
Should the price be quoted on a monthly basis, or should it cover the entire project in the offer?
In your offer, we kindly request that you propose pricing per deliverable, as outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR). This can be included as a detailed price list, specifying the unit price for all expected deliverables. This will allow us to evaluate each component more effectively.
Will the payment be made in EUR or EGP, or is either currency acceptable?
Both currencies are acceptable for payment, however you may only use one currency in the proposal and across the project. Please feel free to propose your preferred currency in your offer, and consider unifying its use throughout the scope of the project.
