enpact e.V. seeks to conclude a framework contract for videography and photography services for events, workshops and activities taking place in Berlin as part of our entrepreneurship support projects.
Videography and photography services are intended to support the visibility of support programs designed for aspiring and established entrepreneurs and support organizations. The services will be rendered for enpact’s project activities that take place in Berlin. They include covering events and sessions, creating portraits and group photos, creating case study videos and testimonials, and creating video storytelling content for distribution across different media platforms.
The contract is to be awarded as a framework agreement for the period until 31 December 2025 with a one-time option to extend for two years. The individual orders will be commissioned as individual order agreements for each individual project. For the first term, a maximum order volume of
- six (6) on-site videography and photography coverage,
- six (6) video content production for website and social media, and
- seven (7) case study videos
