Statement regarding compliance of the enpact website with accessibility standards

enpact is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe in equal and inclusive access to information and knowledge. We continuously strive to comply with accessibility standards and improve the user experience for visitors to our website.

How do we comply?

We aim to follow the standards in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for designers and developers. The WCAG defines three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. Each level adds on more criteria and requires a higher level of commitment for compliance.

Where do we stand?

As of September 2023, our website partially complies with Level AA. Partially compliant means that we comply with about 90% of all standards set forth by this level. However, we still have a few Level A fixes to implement. Such as:

  • Some buttons do not have accessible labels
  • Background and foreground colors do not always have a sufficient contrast ratio
  • Some form elements do not have associated labels
  • Some links do not have a discernible name

We are currently working on addressing these critical issues, and are expected to have resolved them by the end of 2023.
