Mentoring has always been at the core of our work at enpact. We strongly believe that knowledge exchange between entrepreneurs across different stages is one of the most important assets for anyone who builds a business.

Over the years, we have built a community of over 600 mentors, coming from over 30 countries around the globe. These great individuals are ready to give their valuable time, share their expertise and networks, and are a great support to entrepreneurs worldwide.

We are looking for dedicated business mentors to join our network! At the moment, there is an ongoing opportunity for professionals, industry experts and business leaders in the EU to pay it forward by sharing their experience, knowledge and network with Ukrainian women-led businesses.

What are we looking for in a mentor?

You can become a mentor and provide 1-on-1 tailored support for women entrepreneurs depending on your sector and expertise. To become a mentor, you should have:

Expertise in International Business and EU Market Access, and a solid understanding of international trade, export regulations, and global markets.
5-7 years of work experience in successfully navigating export processes and entering new markets (or related fields) OR experience as a business coach/consultant.
Proven track record of dealing with international clients, understanding cultural nuances, and overcoming trade barriers
Business Development and Sales experience
Expertise in Marketing, Finance, Organizational Development and Innovation is a plus
Broad Network with key players in your industry, both domestically and internationally, that your mentee can connect with
Good Communication and Listening Skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas, share insights, and provide constructive feedback, and an open mind towards diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Up to 4 hours per month to dedicate to your mentees from December 2023 till March 2024

How does it work?

Step 1: Sign up via the contact form below
Step 2: Your application will be reviewed and we will follow up with an e-mail to schedule a quick call to confirm your interest
Step 3: Once confirmed, you will be matched with 1-2 entrepreneurs based on your availability, expertise and their needs
Step 4: You will be onboarded into the program and introduced to the participants and fellow mentors
Step 5: You will start your mentoring sessions in December 2023 with a commitment of 4-6 hours per month until March 2024
Step 6: You will join the Landing Pad in Berlin in March 2024
