The Ecosystem Builders program aims to strengthen the competitive potential of MSMEs in Albania through a collaborative model built on knowledge transfer. It focuses on equipping Albanian MSMEs with actionable knowledge in areas such as digitalization, sustainability, and internationalization. The approach will be developed in collaboration with and implemented by chambers of commerce and business associations in Albania.

Through participating in the program, chambers of commerce and entrepreneurial support organizations will receive training, mentoring and access to tools, resources and experts to develop, implement, and test three new services for MSMEs. The program supports creating a stronger, more diversified entrepreneurship ecosystem in Albania and strengthening integration with the EU market.

How does the program support your organization?

Through participating in the program, chambers of commerce and entrepreneurial support organizations will receive training, direct financial support, mentoring and access to experts to develop, implement, and test three new services for MSMEs.

Expanding the service portfolios 

The three new user-centric services will provide more targeted, comprehensive support for the MSMEs

Increasing value of network & membership

The new service offers will increase the attractiveness of the organization’s network and membership for MSMEs

Access to resources, tools and direct support to enable participants to dedicate their time and effort to developing through the project

Local, regional, or national chambers or business associations which fulfill the following criteria:

  • have at least 40 member companies each
  • have at least two-thirds MSMEs members

The workshops and bootcamps will take place in Tirana. Individual mentoring sessions will take place online.

The program is completely free of charge.

The program is implemented by enpact e.V. in collaboration with GIZ Albania, within the framework of the “Sustainable Economic and Regional Development, Employment Promotion and Vocational Education and Training – ProSEED 2.0” project, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
