The Landing Pad program is an 8-week intensive program designed to equip startup founders with the right tools and skills to establish as a founder in Berlin. After a successful pilot Landing Pad program as part of “The Female Entrepreneurship in Berlin and India” (FEBI) project, enpact has opened the doors for a wider audience from across Asia in its second Landing Program.
AsiaBerlin and enpact along with local partners and country embassies in Germany are currently engaged in a rigorous selection process to ensure that the most eligible startups land the opportunity to participate in this program. The startups selected for this Landing Pad program are from Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, and Thailand! This unique launchpad program for startups is a mix of individual coaching, group training, personal mentorships sessions, and networking sessions. It caters to exceptional founders with a solid track record of managing businesses with a proven local customer base. This Landing Pad program is developed and implemented by enpact e.V as a joint initiative with AsiaBerlin.
During the program, the focus is on three core pillars in order to get the founders ready to land in Berlin:
Product Market Fit
Investor Readiness
Core business skills and cultural integration
