enpact e.V. is looking for a Project Associate to join our international team, with a special focus on communications and community management!
Are you interested in supporting the development of a growing NGO working at the intersection of international cooperation and entrepreneurship?
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Languages: English & Ukrainian,
- Start date: January 2024,
- Working hours: preferably full-time but part-time is also possible,
- Duration: Project-based contract until the end of November 2024, possible extension depending on the project.
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to support the communication and community activities for a project focused on supporting entrepreneurship and the transition to a more sustainable economy in Ukraine.
This includes:
- Scouting and establishing local outreach partnerships,
- Supporting in the participant selection process,
- Moderating our community of entrepreneurs,
- Assisting in content creation for social media platforms and websites,
- Planning and overseeing online workshops and training sessions.
Our ideal candidate has working experience with communications, community, and event activities. Ideally, within the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems through incubators and accelerators.
Your profile
- You bring experience in engaging and moderating (online) community spaces,
- You have a track record in organizing interactive online events and know how to manage diverse stakeholders and different cultural backgrounds,
- Previous experience in social media management and communications would be an asset,
- You take a proactive approach with a hands-on mentality toward tasks and responsibilities,
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office and similar applications, project management tools such as Asana and don’t fear learning other software programs,
- You are fluent in English and Ukrainian,
- You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of different cultural backgrounds.
