Program components

Bootcamp

The project kicks off with an intensive 2-day bootcamp in March 2026 in Morocco. Here, participants receive an in-depth assessment focused on their business model, team structure, and vision to identify areas of improvement, refine value proposition and marketing style for internationalization, and match with an international mentor.

Training

A 2-month hybrid learning track focuses on EU market entry strategies, international sales, HR scaling, regulatory requirements, and building more sustainable, climate-conscious business practices.

Mentoring

In parallel, participants will engage in six months of dedicated support from an international business mentor, tailored to their needs, challenges, and sectors. This includes two individual mentor visits, the first one following the bootcamp.

Market Access

Participants will join an ecosystem deep-dive roadshow in Berlin/Germany, in May 2026. They are then granted individual travel budgets to conduct another individualized market access based on their internationalization goals.
