The Make it Work project is designed to support medium-sized businesses in Morocco in building sustainable businesses, creating jobs, and scaling globally, particularly in Germany. The project provides entrepreneurship training, tailored mentorship, and global market access activities.

In-depth assessment
Of your business model to identify areas of improvement and refine your value proposition and marketing style for internationalization.
Intensive 2-day bootcamp in Morocco
with entrepreneurs in a similar stage of development and international startup mentors to exchange experience and build connections.
Dedicated mentoring for 6 months
with an international business mentor, tailored to your needs and experienced in early-stage market entry, particularly to Germany and the EU market.
All-expenses paid market discovery trip to Germany
facilitating your entry into the German and broader EU markets through visiting key hubs, connections to potential clients and partners, and networking opportunities.

Fatima Zahra Moustaine
Fatima is the Business Development & Administration Manager of ACLS. Based in Casablanca, ACLS is a leading IT training & consulting company. They support both individuals and companies in certifications, auditing, and integration support in key areas such as security, data centers & network infrastructure.
She is a senior management professional with solid experience in corporate management, financial governance, and strategic development.
Mohamed Hamza Debbarh
Hamza is the Founder & CEO of ARK X, an education and talent ecosystem focused on accelerating tech talent development and strengthening the digital economy across Morocco. Based in Casablanca, ARK X offers upskilling and reskilling programs, bootcamps, career support and job-ready preparation to help individuals transition into high-demand tech roles.
Hamza has extensive experience working with and supporting youth development. His motivation is scaling impact and creating long-tem opportunities for young people in Morocco & beyond.
Driss Ouhammouch
Driss is the Co-Founder & Export Sales Manager of PRIVA Trading. Based in Agadir, PRIVA Trading is a producer and supplier of organic oils, fats, waxes, floral waters, and natural ingredients for the cosmetic and food industries. PRIVA ensures that all products are sourced directly from the land, and all batches are freshly produced.
Driss has a strong background in international trade and export development, with experience in working with international partners across Europe, the USA, and Asia.
Mohamed Mazouz
Mohamed is the Co-Founder & CEO of MyDBLINK, an IT consulting and technology services company, specializing in database administration, business intelligence, data management, and custom software development. They help organizations across Europe and Africa scale systems, secure and monitor data, modernize digital infrastructure, and turn raw data into insights that drive strategic decisions.
He has over 14 years of experience in database systems and data platforms, and has led projects spanning infrastructure, networks, and the modernization of critical applications.
Chaimae Sqalli Adoui
Chaimae is the Co-Founder and Head of Quality & Sustainability at Foodeals. Based in Fes, Foodeals is a Moroccan B Corp–certified startup fighting food waste in the MEA region through a single digital platform that helps food professionals reduce waste, recover value from surplus or near-expiry products, and donate excess food with full transparency.
She is a food industry engineer with a strong background in food quality, safety, and research and development.
Nawfal Sedraoui
Nawfal is the Founder & CEO of WerinGroup, an IT talent ecosystem that specializes in connecting highly qualified tech professionals with top opportunities. The company supports individuals and businesses by providing access to leading IT missions, handling administrative and mobility formalities, and offering personalized support to help tech talent succeed and businesses scale their teams quickly and competitively.
His background is in Data Engineering, and he brings 17 years of expertise in digital transformation and data governance.
Faissal Sehbaoui
Faissal is the CEO of AgriEdge, a pioneering company in precision agriculture, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors to optimize yields, improve resource efficiency, and promote sustainable farming. They combine scientific expertise with commercial execution to bring advanced technologies to the field.
Faissal’s background is in DeepTech. He works at the intersection of agronomy, data, and artificial intelligence to support more productive and sustainable agriculture. He has led international expansions across Europe and North America.
Mohamed Amine Fassi Fihri
Mohamed is the Co-Founder & CEO of Indatacore. Based in Casablanca, Indatacore specializes in artificial intelligence and digital transformation solutions. It designs and delivers AI-driven platforms that help organizations modernize and optimize their core operations. They work with a wide range of sectors, including banking, telecommunications, government, insurance, and enterprise.
He is a telecommunications engineer with over twenty years of experience in telecommunications and banking in France and Morocco, and expertise in data management and digital transformation.
Fayçal Noushi
Fayçal is the Co-Founder & CEO of Zen Networks, a technology company with offices in Morocco and France, delivering advanced IT solutions and consulting services to help businesses optimize, secure, and scale their digital environments.
He has eight years of experience leading digital transformation projects in national and international contexts. His expertise spans secure IT infrastructures, cloud migration, managed services, and data platforms for complex environments.
