enpact e.V. seeks to contract a service provider for interpretation services between Kurdish Badini and Sorani for a 4-day Sustainability Bootcamp in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
The requested services will cover the full interpretation requirements of the Sustainability Bootcamp, including:
- Simultaneous interpretation during presentations, panel discussions, workshops, plenary sessions, and other relevant programme sessions
- Consecutive interpretation during small-group discussions, practical activities, networking sessions, and other interactive sessions
- Interpretation between Kurdish Badini and Sorani, with interpreters covering both language varieties throughout the event
- Interpreter preparation and coordination ahead of and throughout the 4-day event
- Provision and operation of interpretation equipment, including participant headsets/receivers, interpretation consoles, microphones, transmitters, and other required technical equipment
- On-site technical support including equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and contingency arrangements
Applicants are required to cover the full scope of deliverables outlined in the Request for Proposals, including the provision of the required interpretation equipment. Partial offers are not permitted and will not be considered. Offers will be evaluated according to the award criteria set out in the RFP.

The non-profit organization enpact was founded with the goal of empowering entrepreneurship in the context of international economic cooperation. enpact is implementing a project in KRI that aims to build resilience across the region’s agriculture sector by providing capacity-building support for smallholder farmers, microentreprises, and business support organizations in agriculture.
As part of the project, enpact will implement a 4-day Sustainability Bootcamp in Erbil from 5 to 8 October 2026, bringing together approximately 70 participants, including smallholder farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, business support organisations and other relevant stakeholders.
