Become a mentor to support Ukrainian SMEs in Lviv and Volyn!
Are you ready to share your experience?
Mentoring was our foundation at enpact, and knowledge exchange continues to be at the core of each of our support programs. Over the years, we have seen the impact that mentoring could have on both mentors and mentees; it is a two-way learning street, and often can lead to meaningful connections that you carry with you throughout your entire career.
Right now, we have an open call for mentors who are interested in supporting our Just Transition through Entrepreneurship program in Ukraine.
‘Just Transition through Entrepreneurship’ aims to support Ukraine’s green recovery and just transition in the face of structural changes, economic challenges, and war-induced disruptions by providing holistic support for aspiring entrepreneurs, existing entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial support organizations. The project consists of four tracks.
The first track of the program is focused on businesses, with 75 entrepreneurs and managers taking part from a diverse range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing, agriculture, entertainment, information technology and media, education, and more. You can learn more about the Businesses Track here, and check out the highlights of the program launch to get to know some of the participants.

Insights from the enpact Mentoring experience!
Mini-documentary | Insights from 3-months of mentoring with Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs
This mentoring showed me the value of exchanging experiences and bringing in perspectives from other industries or countries. There is a lot we can give each other and I definitely encourage everybody to try being a mentor - there are always people that can learn from us and we always learn from our mentees as well.
— Olga Bratsun, Consultant and Strategist.
(On how to create a lifelong connection like the one he has with his mentee) Be human. Open your heart, invest your humanity into the mentoring relationship. What you bring to the table has more positive impact than what you can get from the table. You need to open the door and say, what can I give? I am sharing a lifetime with you, not business time, not travel time, I need to feel the quality time. I want to spend quality time with quality people.
— Daniel Rieth, Entrepreneur, Business Coach, Mentor.
I have the feeling that Vanessa (Her mentee) really takes in what we discuss and reflects afterwards, and then she comes back and tells me what she has changed, what has worked, and what hasn’t. I’ve learned a lot from her. What really inspires me is that she’s a very positive person who tries to look outside her own world, and at the same time, make sure she can bring what she learns and experiences back to her world.
I was just happy to listen, to hold the hand, and to guide in the right path so that she would have more success. It's just always lovely to be in international business environment, to meet new people. I would say there are limited theories available for small companies how to enter in different markets. And it's always a struggle. It's a trial and error process. So it's just good to be together so that you can learn from each other, learn from other mistakes, so that you don't have to make all the mistakes on your own account.
— Zanda Vipule, International Business Lecturer.
