Train The Mentor – Uzbekistan

In collaboration with Tech4Impact, we launched a pilot of our TTM in Uzbekistan as part of a manifold partnership with the aim to foster an exchange between the German and Uzbek mentoring community, in particular in the Cleantech sector.

Tech4Impact has been supporting the startup ecosystem development in Uzbekistan through its various capacity building training based on innovation and technology for human capital and creating economic opportunities for women since 2016.

We trained 15 experienced entrepreneurs, specialists from the Cleantech sector as well as local experts in enpact’s unique approach and methodology of mentoring. Participants not only learned about pedagogical and didactic tools but also received theoretical input and applied them in practical exercises to learn the methods and well-tested practices of mentoring and business coaching. Through this comprehensive and practical training, participants also obtained a clearer understanding of their role in their nascent startup ecosystem and how they can support budding as well as experienced entrepreneurs.
