Types of support
Delegation trips
We offer delegation trips to thriving urban startup ecosystems. The trips typically involve attending a relevant conference which is embedded in a personalized program. During the trip, you meet and visit the most inspirational and relevant actors from the respective ecosystem, such as incubators, accelerators, investors, co-working spaces, unicorns, and more.
Ecosystem bridges
Over the years, enpact has grown a vast entrepreneurial network of more than 10,000 individuals and support organizations – with a focus on emerging markets. Through this network, we encourage collaborations across ecosystems. Two prominent examples are AsiaBerlin and AfricaBerlin Network platforms, bringing together entrepreneurship communities across Africa, Asia and Europe.
Startup Haus
enpact’s Startup Haus is our take on a one-stop shop for startups and support organizations. It provides a physical space for co-working that includes private offices, meeting rooms, an event space, and a location for workshops. Here, a vibrant community of startups, founders, and innovators exchanges ideas, knowledge, and inspiration.
Ecosystem research
Understanding startup ecosystems provides insights for better supporting entrepreneurs – for all actors involved: policymakers, private sector, academia, ecosystem actors, and entrepreneurs. Our proprietary Startup Friendliness Index (SFI) is a data-driven tool that assesses entrepreneurial ecosystems. After analyzing over 70 cities, we developed the empower Magazine, an interactive publication that combines the data-driven insights with human-driven perspectives.

Our work for ecosystems offers an immersive overview into the entrepreneurship network of a city, with the goal of making it easier to learn about, collaborate with and enter new markets for entrepreneurs and organizations looking to expand internationally. We contribute to developing ecosystems through building cross-continental platforms, organizing industry-focused delegation trips for all types of entrepreneurship stakeholders, and offering in-depth analysis of the support infrastructure available for entrepreneurs in over 70 cities.
