How does it work?

Take a look through the steps to find out what to expect from the application process and how to prepare.

  • Review eligibility and selection criteria

Download and carefully review the eligibility and selection criteria document to familiarize yourself with the program requirements.  Prepare an overview of your idea, if you already have one, in advance to save time.

  • Sign up on SM Apply

Follow the link to the application and create an account on SurveyMonkey Apply (SM Apply), our applications platform. You can sign up in English or Ukrainian. Once you have an account, you will see the option to “Apply” for this track. If you need support with the platform or the application form, please feel free to reach out to justtransition@enpact.org.

  • Fill out the application form

Once you click on “Apply”, you will be asked to share basic information about yourself, your idea (if you already have one) and your team (if you have one, if not, you can indicate that you are looking for team members). If you apply with one or two team members, you will be asked to enter their names and email addresses. They will then receive an automatic invitation via email to create an SM Apply account and contribute to the joint team application. This application form is to find out if you are eligible for the program, and should not take more than 10 minutes.

  • Take part in the Idea Marathon

If you are eligible for participation in the track, you will receive an invitation within one week of submitting your application to join the Idea Marathon in July 2024. You will then have the chance to develop your problem statement, receive feedback on your idea and form your team.

  • Submit your refined idea

Once you complete the idea marathon, you can submit your refined idea with your team for a chance to join the pre-incubator program. Your idea will be assessed based on the selection criteria of the program.

  • Keep an eye on your e-mail!

The selection process will take around three weeks in total. You will hear from us by the end of July. The e-mail will notify you in case you are accepted, or share feedback in case we are unable to accommodate you in the program. Please also check your spam folder.
