We first started supporting entrepreneurs in West Africa in 2017 with our mentoring program. Since then we have delivered further mentoring programs, an accelerator, and delegation trips.
Female Tech Businesses in Africa (FEBA) fosters capacity-building and internationalization of women networks, multipliers, and stakeholders in Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa.
In spring 2019, we sourced 3 startups to join GITEX' pitching opportunity Supernova Challenge. This came after launching a competition upon a partnership proposal from GITEX.
15 Ghanaian, 5 Nigerian, and 10 European startup founders were selected from over 300 applicants for the 2nd edition of the International Mentoring program for West Africa.
Launching a national mentoring program for the first time in Ghana allowed us to work with 16 young founders to develop their ideas and support the economy in various sectors.
The successful model of the International Mentoring Program reached West Africa in 2017, where 29 entrepreneurs participated and developed a network of peers and mentors.
